Terms of service

Draft dated 15 October 2026.

These terms are an agreement between Valoroo (legal entity: [LEGAL COMPANY NAME]) ("we", "us") and the business that signs up for Filtyr (the "customer"). By using Filtyr, the customer agrees to these terms.

1. The service

Filtyr is a shared inbox for logistics teams. It connects to a mailbox the customer chooses, in Gmail or Microsoft 365. Members of the customer's Workspace read the mail, comment on conversations, @mention each other, and send replies. @Val, an assistant inside Filtyr, can look up loads in the customer's TMS and suggest a reply. @Val never sends email. A person decides what is sent.

We may change or improve Filtyr over time.

2. Accounts and seats

3. Acceptable use

The customer and its Members must not:

We may suspend access that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell the customer first.

4. The customer owns its data

The mail, comments and other content in the customer's Workspace belong to the customer. We use it only to run Filtyr for the customer, as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell it. The customer can ask us to delete it.

5. Third-party mail providers

Filtyr works through the customer's own Gmail or Microsoft 365 account. Google and Microsoft provide those services under their own terms, which the customer has agreed with them. We are not responsible for outages, limits or changes made by Google or Microsoft. Replies are sent through the customer's own mail server, so the customer stays responsible for its sending reputation.

6. Warranty disclaimer

We work to keep Filtyr available and correct. But Filtyr is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no other promises, express or implied, including that Filtyr will be uninterrupted or error-free. @Val's suggestions can be wrong. A person must check them before acting on them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to the customer for any claim about Filtyr is limited to the fees the customer paid us for Filtyr in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

8. Termination

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell customers before the change takes effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [GOVERNING LAW].
